What is the myCSUNDigitalAccess Program?

The myCSUNDigitalAccess Program is designed to help students save money and have access to their materials before the first day of class. To find out which courses are participating in the myCSUNDitialAccess program and the associated prices, please visit here.

How does myCSUNDigitalAccess work?

Your materials are automatically provided on Canvas before the first day of class through the add/drop date. At that point, you will need to decide if you would like to maintain the access and later be billed for it, or you may opt out and obtain your materials another way. For more information, check out this FAQ and/or contact Campus Store via this form or matador@bkstr.com.

How do I opt in to the myCSUNDigitalAccess program?

All students are automatically enrolled in myCSUNDigitalAccess when they register for a course that is participating in the program. It is the student’s responsibility to opt out if they do not wish to participate. For more information, check out this FAQ and/or contact matador@bkstr.com.

How do I opt out of the myCSUNDigitalAccess program?

If you wish to opt out of the program and obtain your materials another way, either through the Campus Store or elsewhere, go to https://includedcp.follett.com/0150 by the opt out deadline (the add/drop date) and create an account. Once you are logged in, you will see a personalized list of your myCSUNDigitalAccess courses and be able to opt out or opt back in to a course. For more information, check out this FAQ and/or contact Campus Store via this form or matador@bkstr.com.

  1. More information from the Campus Store about changes to myCSUNDigitalAccess and the new CSUN Ready program starting in the fall 2024: The CSUN Ready program will serve undergraduates and the existing myCSUNDigitalAccess (MCDA) program will serve graduate students. The CSUN Ready program is for undergraduate students, and all required course materials for undergraduate students will be provided to students for $17.50/credit hour (i.e. if a student is enrolled in 12 credits, they would be charged $210 for all their course materials). We will continue with the MCDA program for graduate students taking graduate courses. Students enrolled in MCDA courses will have their materials delivered through Canvas on a course-by-course basis and will be charged based on the materials being used for that particular course. Both programs offer the student the opportunity to to Opt Out, if they choose.
