This may happen if you're using Chrome and trying to log into the CSUN portal / library databases / OneSearch etc. If you have a different browser, you can use that and you should be able to log in. You can also try opening a new "Incognito" window which may allow you to log in.

Alternately, you can clear your entire cache or go to chrome://settings/siteData and then search for "shibboleth" and delete those files. You may also want to search for and delete files for "auth.csun.edu."

After doing this, you may still need to close and restart your browser. And then you should be able to log in again.
