The following areas are zoned as *quiet* no talking spaces:

  • 4th Floor including RPM (Reserves, Periodicals, and Microforms);
  • Gohstand Reading Room (2nd floor, West Wing).

There are also individual study rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors that are located along the North Wall of the library, which must be reserved / checked out online. Graduate study rooms are located on the 4th floor along the North Wall of the library and in the Garden Level, and require a key or code from the Guest Services desk. The individual study rooms located along the south wall of the 4th floor are available to all on a first come first served basis.

*Note: noise levels will vary near corridors, group study rooms, service desks, or due to occasional library sponsored events / presentations in adjacent areas.
