Does the CSUN Library have a 35mm microfilm scanner capable of digitizing images to tiff or other bitmap file formats?
We have a microfilm scanner available to the public that digitizes images to TIFF, BITMAP, PNG, and JPG, in addition to PDF. You can also directly upload to Google docs or email, as well as save to a flash drive. However, it's not high speed automatic, so you would have to scan each image manually. It is available on the 4th floor, east wing of the Library when the Reserves, Periodicals & Microfilm area is open. Their hours are listed here: http://library.csun.edu/Services/ServiceDeskHours
